Life’s a Beach, Just WODing in the Sand
Come join us in kicking off the summer with a Beach WOD! First of all, the workout will be at Millennium Park in Grand Rapids. The address for Millennium park is 1415 Maynard Ave SW, Walker, Michigan 49534. Second, the workout will start at 11:00am. Lastly, it will take place on Saturday, June 24th!
Anyone from Friction CrossFit is welcome to come out to the workout and to celebrate summer with us. This is our first ever Beach WOD and therefore it will include an awesome workout. Afterwards, stick around for some good fun. Bring any games, friends and family.
You may choose not to participate, that’s okay, still come and have fun! Furthermore, bring your swim wear to cool off in the water after the workout or from the hot sun. Make sure to visit the Facebook event page, linked below, to RSVP. Most of all, we hope to see you there FricNation!
