Why I do CrossFit


As the owner of a business, it is beyond important to have a VISION and VALUES. They guide every decision you make.


At Friction CrossFit our vision is to “Deliver consistent results through lifelong movement.”


Our Values are:

  1. Deliver consistent results
  2. Safety
  3. Promote lifelong movement
  4. Give back


Currently CrossFit is the best way for us to deliver on both Vision and Values. And therefore that is what I do.


As an added bonus, this methodology has pushed me to get into the best shape of my life. I am easily fitter now than I was in High School, and still going.


Then, of course, there are the benefits to my family. We eat better, move better and all around have more energy to enjoy our time together.


IF there were another way to promote safety in fitness as well as good coaching does; to influence the habit of lifelong movement and health; to forge an AMAZING community as willing to give back as CrossFit does… I would be all over it.


CrossFit delivers on all fronts and has led me into some amazing relationships. I wouldn’t trade my time in this industry for the world.


SO the real question is… What does your fitness program do for you? Do you enjoy it? Does it make you feel good? Are you making friends? Is it inherently safe, or at least guided? Will it allow you to move well for your entire life? How does it allow you to give back to others?
