ENDURANCE CLUB

Endurance Courses 2017:

Spend more time in long slow distance conditioning, tackle longer more gruesome CrossFit WODs and muster up more muscular endurance on big set strength movements! Also, improve your stamina in shorter more intense workouts. We will train all areas of cardio, from short and sweet, to long and grueling! Seems awesome! Or more like somewhere you could suffer to get better? This Course will improve your conditioning to take on any longer time domain WODs!
