Gymnastics Courses 2017:

Pull ups not your thing? Always shy over to the ring row or watch others hit muscle ups and rope climbs? Spending some time training these movements will bolster your upper and lower body strength not to mention core strength and give you the body control of a ninja! This course will feature moving through CrossFit WODs faster by incorporating speed work with tips and tricks to link things like handstand push ups and pull ups faster to improve WOD times!
