Courses= 1 class (1-1.5hrs) + 2 Open Gym Programmed Workouts for 6 weeks, 10 person Limit
Supplemental Training= 1 Class (1hr) 1x/week for 6 weeks, 10 person Limit
Clinic= Range from 45 minutes to 2 hrs
