The Nutrition 6-Week Specialty Course Is Coming!

The nutrition course will start Thursday July 13th!

Additionally, the initial meeting is 6:30pm that night. It will include the following:

  • Inbody scan
  • Measurements
  • Progress pics
  • Nutrition basics
  • Baseline conditioning WOD
  • Life Fuel catered
  • Driven Nutrition Supplements taste testing samples

During the the middle 4 weeks, On-Going coach’s guidance will be held in a 1 on 1 session. During those 1 on 1 sessions you will:

  • Schedule on your own meeting with a nutrition coach
  • Receive individual based feedback, coaching and guidance
  • Have accountability and support

 

Also, there will be a Facebook motivational group! It will include:

  • Recipes
  • Tips and tricks
  • Blogs

 

Lastly, we will have a Shop/Cook/Prep Event! This event during the 6 weeks will be super informative, it will entail:

  • Creating a shopping list
  • Meeting at grocery store to shop
  • Meeting at a kitchen with Life Fuel and learning how to cook the meals
  • Sample recipes from Life Fuel
  • Packing effectively after your meal prep!

 

At the end of the 6-Week course we will have a weigh out to see your results! It will include all of the following which was taken during week 1! They are as follows:
