New Found Wellness


I have never ever been one to seek out exercise. I decided to join New You Challenge in September because my weight has been creeping up ever since having my two girls.

I always have found time to meet my kids’ needs but never had the energy at the end of the day to tend to myself.

CrossFit has always intimidated me but thought New You sounded right up my ally and I am so glad I gave it a try.

Through New You, I have found the confidence to get to the gym three or four times a week and put in a real effort. It has not gotten easy for me but amazingly it has become enjoyable.

I look forward to my time at the gym every week even though I have to wake up at 5am!

The coaches have been incredibly inspiring and I love the community of the classes. I have made some really great friendships and sparked an interest in nutrition and wellness.

I am stronger now than I have ever been. I am amazed every time I look at the WOD and think, “No way I can do this” but then I end up doing it.

I am seeing some tangible changes in my body and want to continue to see how far I can go. I have signed up for Boot Camp (since barbells still intimidate me) and am really excited to continue on my journey to being a happier, energetic, and healthy mom/woman.
