MAsters

An exercise program that encourages and helps sustain the functional independence of seniors (ages 55+). “The needs of an Olympic athlete and our grandparents differ by degree, not kind.”

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8am.

KIDS

For our future athletes! We aim to provide a safe teaching and exercise environment to build healthy habits in the next generation.

Saturdays 9am - ages 5-9. Saturdays 10am - ages 10+.
